New information about dairy foods and your health.

Several years ago, scientists discovered that ruminant fat (beef, mutton, and dairy fat) contains compounds called conjugated linoleic acids ("CLAs"), which are POTENT anti-carcinogens, are anti-diabetic, and actually inhibit atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries). Hundreds of scientific investigations have now been published confirming this little known benefit of dairy fats. (Click on "Scientific Articles on CLA's" below.) Despite this, the general public and much of our medical profession still labors under the misconception that dairy and beef fat are bad for our health!  (You may also be surprised to learn that dairy fat does not make you fat!)
